Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold professional and ethical standards in all stages of manuscript preparation, review, and publication.
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, accurately reported, properly referenced, and free from plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and other forms of academic misconduct. Authors are also responsible for ensuring that all sources, data, contributions, and relevant conflicts of interest are appropriately disclosed.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools or AI-assisted technologies in manuscript preparation is permitted as a support tool, provided that their use does not compromise the originality, accuracy, integrity, or academic responsibility of the work.
Authors remain fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts, including the accuracy of information, interpretation of results, citations, and conclusions. AI tools must not be listed as authors or credited as authors of the manuscript.
If AI tools are used in the preparation or writing of a manuscript, their use must be transparently disclosed in the Acknowledgements section of the manuscript. The disclosure should briefly identify the AI tool used and describe the purpose for which it was used.
Failure to disclose the use of AI when such tools have been used may be considered a violation of the journal's publication standards.
The journal reserves the right to request clarification regarding the use of AI and to take appropriate action when the use of AI results in plagiarism, fabricated or inaccurate information, undisclosed content generation, or other forms of academic or publication misconduct.
