Peer Reviewer Process
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Performance (SLOP) employs a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.
All submitted manuscripts are evaluated objectively based on their originality, relevance, academic quality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field. Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, provide constructive and unbiased assessments, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Authors must ensure that their submitted manuscripts do not contain identifying information that could reveal their identity to reviewers.
The editorial decision is based on the reviewers' evaluations and the journal's editorial standards.
