Strategic Leadership & Organizational Performance is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing empirical research and theoretical studies in the fields of strategic leadership and organizational performance. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary research across diverse organizational contexts, including corporate and business sectors, capital markets, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), public sector organizations, educational institutions, and non-profit or faith-based organizations.

The journal is published twice a year (biannually), with official issues released in July and December.

To facilitate the rapid dissemination of scholarly research, the journal adopts a Continuous Publication Model (Publish-as-You-Go). Under this model, accepted and finalized manuscripts are published online immediately upon completion of the copyediting and proofreading processes, without waiting for the entire issue to be completed. Each manuscript is assigned to the current active volume and issue and provided with complete citation details, including the volume, issue, publication year, and page numbers.
